KANSAS SPICE RUB
A traditional spice blend that will bring out the signature smoky flavour from Kansas.
Mix 1 ½ teaspoons of Kansas spice, brown sugar, chilli flakes and salt, to create a delicious blend.
This spice rub can be used with any meat such as chicken, beef, or pork. It can also be used with vegetables or ribs, to make the famous Kansas City ribs.
