RED KIDNEY BEANS RAJMA SPICE
An authentic blend of spices to create the traditional Rajma flavour. Rajma is a famous North Indian dish. This masala can be used with any beans.

Ingredients: Asafoetida, Coriander, Cumin, Fenugreek, Garam Masala, Garlic, Ginger, Mango Powder, Paprika, Pomegranate and Turmeric.
RED KIDNEY BEANS (RAJMA) CURRY RECIPE
1x 400g cans of kidney beans. If you prefer dried click here. Please note that dried kidney beans need to be soaked in a bowl overnight.
2 medium onions chopped,
4 Tbsp cooking oil,
4 Tbsp tomato puree,
1 ½ tsp Leena’s Rajma Masala,
Salt to taste
1) Heat oil in a saucepan on a medium heat. Add onions and fry until golden.
2) Add Leena’s Rajma Masala, salt and tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes. Add kidney beans. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and cook for 10-15 minutes until the beans are tender.
3) Serve with rice or bread of your choice.
Made this curry today- absolutely loved it and everyone said they would eat this again for sure. Thanks for another great spice and this curry is so economical.
